As a professional I prefer to have a broad view of my work and I like to follow every product development process. My curiosity allows me to always be updated on the technologies used to build the web. Being a positive, honest and determined person I always have been appreciated by my work mates and bosses.

Carreer Aims

I'd like to take a new challenge, moving out of Italy to learn different ways of working and different cultures, in this way I would like to improve myself as a person and as a professional.

Employment

December 2010 - Present
Buongiorno/Lumata

In Lumata the main project I am working on is called Instant Mobile Marketing, a web service used by mobile operators to set up marketing campaigns based on topup events. Even if i was hired as Java developer, due to my flexibility I multitasked accomplishing different tasks. Some of our main topics are performances and scalability and my effort is spread all over the software components and architecture to achieve these objectives.

Sometimes I also worked on other projects when needed and I help my boss to make feasibility analysis and time/effort estimates for projects targeting mobile devices.

Since I am passionate about web application security, my boss gave me the oppurtunity to make an introductory course aimed to web developers and travel to different european company branches to expose it.

October 2009 - December 2010
Vidiemme

Hired to write a thesis on new hosting solution based on Google App Engine my first objective was to develop a time tracking application integrated with my company's Google Apps domain.

Next, on January 2010, I moved to the mobile departement and I started to develop applications for different devices, mainly iPad and iPhone. The app were written in native code but, when needed, also using HTML5 and its supported features to create rich web applications that looks like native ones.

November 2008 - June 2009
Humanbit

I briefly interrupted my University carreer to start working in Humanbit to gain experience as visual designer and I mainly worked with frontend languages.

I was involved in every deploy processes and monitoring of web applications and one of the main issues we had to face was application performance due to database's bottlenecks.
